SA Medical NCO Collar Patches
A nice pair of SA medical NCO's collar patches. The left patch has the medical cypher and unit number. The reverse side of the patch still retains its paper RZM label. The right patch is the rank patch, which has the rank of Uterscharfuhrer ( Senior-Corporal ).
