Army Good Conduct Ribbon Bar with Clasp

This is the army version of the Good Conduct Medal, which was awarded for three consecutive years of honourable and faithful service. After three years a clasp with a barb was awarded. This example has a clasp with three barbs which means the soldier had served six years honourable and faithful service. This example dates from Vietnam era and is marked on the back "EI GI".
