Head Wounds Casualty Gas Mask

This is an extremely rare gas mask designed to protect the entire head, face and respiratory organs of casualties with bandaged head wounds against gas attacks. This example does have a split in it's rubber on top of the hood and one rear securing loop is missing. Otherwise it is in good condition, and comes in it's original container with the securing strap still attached. It also has it's spare lenses container which has two spare lenses dated 1941. The head wound gas mask came in one size only.
