U.S. M1943 Field Jacket

This is a good example of a M1943 field jacket, which was part of the M1943 uniform which consisted of a jacket, separate hood and trousers. The uniform was first evaluated by units of the 3rd Infantry Division on the Anzio beachhead. However the M43 uniform was first issued in quantity in late 1944. This example retains its contract label, however the details are very faint but you can make the size 36L ( Large ).
