U.S. Enlisted Mans M1937 Trouser Belt

This is a 1941 dated enlisted mans M1937 trouser belt which is maker marked 'R.Q.M.D" and size stamped 40 inches. However this example has been cut and the actual belt length is approximately 34 inches.
