Deactivated Chinese SKS Carbine
The SKS carbine ( Samozariadnyia Karabina Simonva ) was developed by the Soviet Union in 1945 and was the first Soviet weapon to have an intermediate round copied from the Germans ( 7.92 Kurtz ) for the MP44. This example is a Chinese version which differs from the Soviet examples by having a cruciform folding bayonet. It is matching numbered and deactivated to the current EU/UK specification and has a moving cocking handle under spring pressure. U.K. Sales Only.
