German Straight Entrenching tool

A straight entrenching tool which was a carry over from World War 1 and continued to be used by the Reichswehr and the Wehrmacht. The leather carrying case was normally black in colour for the Wehrmacht but brown for Imperial and Reichswher. This example is in good condition and has a very faint makers stamp. Unfortunately it does not have the carrying case.
