U.S. M1 Rifle Sling

The webbing M1 rifle sling was first adopted in 1944 for use with the M1 Garand rifle. However it continued to be issued for the M14 and M16 rifles. This example is is MRT ( Mildew Resistant Treatment ) stamped and dated February 1951
