U.S. 3rd Pattern Tropical Jacket ( Special Forces )

This is a 3rd pattern tropical issue jacket, retaining all of its original insignia including the original owners name, unit patch "Airborne, Special Forces " The jacket also retains the jump qualification wings, above the 'U.S. Army" badge. The size and contract labels are still attached which gives the size "Medium" ( 37" to 41" chest ). The contract label gives the date of manufacture 1969 ( 69C ) and the manufactures name "Macshore Inc".
