This is a very good example of Women's Auxiliary Army Corps officers service jacket. The jacket has unit badge of the 1st Army and two overseas service bars indicating one years service overseas. The jacket retains its size and contract label, which gives the size 18 regular and the date of manufacture 20th December 1943.
