U.S. M1942 Field Dress Pouch & Carlisle Packet

This is a M1942 field dressing pouch which comes with a waxed cardboard field dressing box containing a Carlisle field dressing packet. The waxed cardboard box was introduced in 1943 as an emergency measure to conserve strategic metals for the war effort.
