U.S. M1924 Field Dress Pouch & Carlisle Packet

This is a M1924 field dressing pouch, which is slightly smaller than the M1942 field dressing pouch which could accommodate the Waxed cardboard box field dressing which was larger than the metal Carlisle field dressing tin and would not fit into the M1924 field dressing pouch. This example comes with a Carlisle packet which would normally come in the Waxed cardboard box.
