U.S. M1938 Wire-Cutters & Pouch

This is a M1938 wire-cutters and comes with a 1942 dated pouch which is maker marked "Scott MFG.Co". The wire-cutters are not dated by stamped 'U.S." and maker marked 'HKP". The upper part of the on one of the handles has suffered with some minor damage. However the wire-cutters are in good working order.
