German Army Single Decal M40 Helmet

A single decal M40 helmet which is in good condition retaining its original finish. The decal is mostly intact with a clear swastika. The shell is stamped Q.66. The letter Q is the makers code for F.W Quist GmbH and the number 66 is the shell size. The helmets batch number is also clearly visible 242. The liner is very worn with a small piece missing. The chinstrap is in good condition with a faint makers stamp and a barely visible 1940 date.
