U.S. Army Pup Tent

This is pre-war pup tent, which each soldier would have been issued one shelter half and three poles and five pegs and guy rope. This allowed for two soldiers to button together their tent halves to make a two men pup tent as shown in the listing. This example is in very good condition with nice clear 'U.S." stamp on each tent half. The green poles where introduced in 1944, but are 1970's dated but genuine U.S. issue.
