British 3rd Pattern Commando Dagger

This is a 1944 dated 3rd pattern commando dagger which was introduced in 1942. The cross guard is marked with the date of manufacture '44" a war department arrow and the number 8. The scabbard is post-war issue. It has a slight tare and the elasticated loop has started to fray. This is a age restricted item. Proof of age must be provided.
