British Royal Artillery Maltese Garrison MKII Helmet

An extremely rare untouched MKII helmet which as the unique camouflage scheme only worn by members of the Maltese garrison. The shell also has the unit flash of the Royal Artillery. The shell is dated 1939 and has a large letter "C" with a small "S" within its centre. Which identifies the manufacturer as Steel Ceilings LTD. The MK1 liner is also dated 1939, size stamped 7 and maker marked Vero, who only produced liners from 1937 to 1944. This example would be perfect additional addition to any WW2 helmet collection.
