Reproduction U.S. Flying Tigers A2 Flight Jacket

This is a reproduction A2 produced by Cockpit New York and has been badged up as the American Volunteer group ( AVG ) who where fighting for China against the Japanese. Better known as the Flying Tigers. It also has been stencilled to the 2nd Panda Squadron of the 1st AVG. The jacket also has an enamelled label badge above the name tag and a whistle. The back of the jacket has the 'Blood Chit" which informs local Chinese villagers this person is a foreign volunteer fighting for China and to give him all possible assistance in reaching safety and four Japanese kills. It is also has two more "blood Chits" stitched on the inside of the liner
The left sleeve has the Army Air Force insignia , signifying the pilots current unit. The jacket
is approximately a size 44 to 46.
