U.S. M1 Helmet 29th Infantry

An extremely nice example of a front seam swivel bale M1 helmet, which would have been produced between October 1943 to November 1944. The helmet retains its original finish and has its unit formation badge on the front of the 29th Infantry Division. The inside of the shell has a visible heat number. The liner is the third pattern and is also in very good condition. It is stamped with the makers symbol in the form of the letter 'F" within a shield for Firestone Tire and Rubber Company.
