British Lanchester SMG ( Pre-EU/UK Deactivation )

For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. The Lanchester was introduced in 1941 and was originally intended to be used by the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy. However it was primarily only used by the Royal Navy which continued in service to the 1960's when it was finally replaced it with the Sterling submachine gun The Lanchester is bascially a direct copy of the German MP28 with minor differences. It was developed to Britains need of weapons especially submachine guns and the MP28 was a proven and reliable design. It was manufactured by the Sterling Engineering Company. This example is in good condition and is a pre-1995 deactivation with a full working action. For Non EU Sales Only. However can be re-deactivated to the current EU specification.
