British MKII Helmet

A MKII helmet in good condition retaining most of its original finish. The shell is maker marked 'BMB' for Briggs Motor Bodies, based at Dagenham and where producing helmets shells and liners from 1939 to 1945. The shell dated 1941 and comes with a MKII liner which is dated 1940 and maker marked TTC for Teddy Toy Co.Ltd, who produced liners from 1939 to 1943. The liner is size stamped 6.3/4.
