German Army NCO'S Visor Cap

An very nice example of a senior NCO's private purchase doeskin visor cap, which has the branch of service piping, white for infantry. The doeskin has some minor blemishes, which does not distract from the appearance of the cap. The liner retains its diamond celluloid with the makers logo, which is unknown. The leather sweatband has perforated letters, H.SCH, which may be the original owners name or unit marking. If unit marking it would the H.SCH would stand Heer Schule ( Army School ).
