German Trench Observation Scope

A very nice example of an ordnance tan trench/bunker observation scope sometimes called a Rabbit ears or scissor scope. This example is 10x50 and is maker marked Carl Ziess Jena. The optics come with long and short rain and anti-glare protectors and a special mount to attach the battery lead to allow night vision. The tripod is waffenampted and has the three letter makers code "MEI" for Stolberger Zink AG. The tripod has been overpainted ordnance tan with traces of its apply green finish underneath. The optics are crystal clear with visible graticules.
