For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. This is a 1959 dated. The L1A1 self-loading rifle more common known as the "SLR". It officially replaced the No4 rifle in 1959 and remained in service with British Army to 1993, when it was replaced with the SA80 assault rifle. This example would have originally had wooden furniture which was replaced with the black plastic during its service life. This example was deactivated before October 1995 and has a full working action. Non EU Sales Only. However can be re-deactivated to the current EU specification. Please email before making purchase.
