British MKVII Rain Cape

This is a very good example of a MKVII rain cape which was introduced in 1917 and continued to be used to 1941 when it was replaced with a tan coloured version. This example has a very faint makers stamp and a nice clear WD (War Department Stamp ). Unfortunately i can confirm. If this example is actually pre-1918 dated. I have displayed the rain cape over a 37 pattern Battle Dress and webbing set and have priced it accordingly.
