Briitish Tank Jungle Suit

This is a one-piece uniform produced from lightly woven mosquito-proof sage green cotton drill. The basic design is very similar to the denim tank suit, however there are features which is solely unique to the jungle suit. The skirting flap, that covers the waist belt. This example is in excellent condition except for the zipper which is broken and does not zip up. However all the press-studs are working allowing the front to button up. The contract label is still attached, which gives the size "5", the manufacturers name, Morris & Sons and the date 1945.
