Waffen-SS Belt & Buckle

This is a aluminium Waffen-SS buckle which has the makers code 36 for Berg & Nolte AG and dated 1938. The buckle comes with a leather belt which appears to have been used as a souvenir item. It was common practice for allied soldiers to pin German badges to captured belt leathers, which i believe was the case with this example. Otherwise the belt leather is in very good condition and size stamped 92.
