U.S. M1 Fixed Bale Helmet & Camouflage Netting

An extremely nice example of a M1 fixed bale helmet in its original ruff finish and comes with a period camouflage helmet netting. The fixed bale M1 helmet was manufactured between July 1941 to October 1943. This example has the early made brass buckle with the raised bar. The plastic high pressure liner is the third pattern which was introduced in late 1942 and is named to the original owner. The liner is maker marked with the letters "MSA" for The Mine Safety Appliances Company.
