British No5 Bayonet

This is a No5 bayonet for use with the No5 rifle more commonly known as the Jungle carbine. The No5 bayonet was also used for the Sterling Submachine gun. This example is in excellent condition dated 1946 and is maker parked with the letter "P" within a circle, which identifies the manufacturer as Royal Ordnance Factory Poole.
