U.S. HBT Cap

This Herringbone twill cap which was introduced in 1941 and was part of the working clothes mechanics and as combat cap for armoured troops. It was also worn by members of the Marine corp who adorned the cap with the Eagle,globe and anchor collar insignia. This example is approximately a size 7.
