U.S. Medics Pouch

This is a late war medics pouch which is in Olive Drab 7.Two pouches could be worn on special medics suspenders or as a single pouch on a litter strap. The pouch has two canvas strips with grommets on each side which could be laced together to make the pouch smaller. The lace is still inside the pouch, which is an unissued item.
