For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. The Ruger Redhawk 44 magnum was first introduced in 1979 and was designed by Roy Melcher and Harry Sefried. The 44 magnum is associated with the fictional detective Harry Callahn, aka "Dirty Harry", who in fact used a Smith & Wesson model 29, 44 magnum. The Ruger Redhawk 44 was used by the explore Sir Ranulph Fiennes in the Transglobe Expedition ( 1979 to 1982 ) to ward off Polar Bears. This example is in near mint condition. For Non EU Sales Only.
