U.S. Customised Colt Government Model MKIV Series 70 ( Pre-EU/UK Deactivation )

For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. This a Colt Government Model MKIV Series 70 which was a civilian variant of the iconic U.S. Military M1911A1 pistol. The Government model MKIV was introduced in 1970 and remained in production to 1983. The serial number of this example "69977B70" dates its manufacture to 1980. It has been customised with re-moveable pachmayr grips which also encloses the majority of the lower frame and allows for a tactical light to be attached. The rear sight has also been upgraded and re-moveable compensator added and an upgrade spring plunger. For Non EU Sales only. However can be re-deactivated to the current EU specification.
