U.S. M1936 Field Bag & Shoulder Strap

The M1936 field bag, more commonly referred to as the Musette bag. which was issued in lieu of the M1928 haversack to officers and other personal such as paratroopers and armoured crews. This example is dated 1942 and is maker marked "Atlantic Products" and comes with its shoulder strap. It is also been personalised with the original owners rank, name and service number. Probably a member of the Army Nurse Corps as the name is 2nd Lieutenant Priscilla French
