Indian Sterling Submachine Gun ( EU/UK Deactivation )

This is a Indian made version of the British Sterling submachine gun. It is produced under licence by Kanpur Small Arms Factory ( SAF ) and dated 1973. The Indians designated the weapon as a carbine and introduced it in the 1960's to replace the Sten gun. This example is deactivated to the current EU/UK specification and has a moving dummy bolt under spring pressure. U.K. Sales Only
