British Light Weight Gas Mask & Contents

A nice example of the light weight gas mask which was introduced in 1943. This example is dated 13th October 1944 with 1943 dated straps which are maker marked "W&G Ltd. ( Waring & Gillow ). The filter is dated 23rd May 1944. It comes with anti-dust goggles which the packet is dated June 1943. It also comes with anti-lens dimmer No342 dated June 1941 and maker marked R&C. There is also a empty No6 tin of anti-gas ointment. The haversack is maker marked "H&S" and dated January 1944.
