Belgium Army Leather Jerkin

This is a Belgium army leather jerkin which is an exact copy of the British WW2 leather jerkin. The only difference is the Belgium army buttons and label. This example has suffered with some minor moth damage to the khaki serge lining. It retains its contact label which gives the name of the manufacturer "Fanerie Moderne" and dated 1950. Belgium army post-war leather jerkins have become quite scarce as many living-history reanctors tended to buy them and replace the buttons with British army buttons and remove the label.
