British Officers 1940 Pattern BD Trousers

A good example of 1940 pattern Battle Dress trousers which have been modified for officer use. An extra hip pocket and belt loop have been added. The original contract label is missing, however it is stamped with the war department year acceptance letter code "N" for 1943. It is also size stamped 15. The trousers approximately measure 36 inch waist with a 31 inch inside leg.
