This is the rarer Royal Navy 1919 pattern three piece belt which is dated 1940 and maker marked "MECo" ( Mills Equipment Company. The 37 pattern owned its design to the Navy 1919 and RAF 1925 pattern belts. This is a mint example of an officers tailored 1940 pattern battle dress blouse, with open collar. The blouse is size stamped 12 and the contract label gives the date of manufacture 1944 and the makers name, The Service Tailoring Company LTD.
