This is a gold grade of the S.A. sports badge, which is also known as the Defence Badge. Unfortunately most of the gold guilt has gone, however traces are still visible, especially on the reverse side. The badge is maker marked "W.REDO, "SAAR-LAUTERN" on the reverse of the swastika.
