U.S. Flannel Shirt

A flannel shirt which has the special feature of the gas-flap which was commonly removed by the soldiers for more comfort. This example is in good condition except for buttons which are missing on the front of the shirt. It also appears to have been personalised AVBHQ. Which may be the original owners initials "AVB" and his unit "HQ" for Headquarters". The shirt retains its size label 15.1/2 x 33. It also retains its contract label, however the details have been washed out. The shirt is approximately a size 42" chest.
