U.S. M1943 Field Trosuers

The M1943 field uniform was first evaluated by units of the 3rd Infantry Division on the Anzio beach head on the summer of 1943. It was first issued in quantity to airborne units in late 1944. Finally being used to the rest of the army in January 1945. This example is in excellent condition and retains its contract label. However the details have been washed out. The trousers are approximately a size 36" waist with a inside leg 26".
