HMS Belfast Hat Tally

This is a bevo hat tally issued to the crew of HMS Belfast. I can not confirm if the hat tally is WW2 or post-war as HMS Belfast was decommissioned in August 1963 going into reserve and then becoming a Museum ship in 1971.
