This example appears to been captured and used by Soviet Partisans as there is a couple of names written in cyrillic and CCCP carved into the bakelite. The cocking handle appears to be field made, probably due to battlefield damage. The folding stock has suffered with a slight kink. Which may have happened at the same time as the cocking handle got damaged and replaced. This example has the three letter makers code 'cnd" for National Krupp Registrierkassen GmbH. how. The magazine is also dated 1942 and has the makers code 'bte" for Eisenwerke AG. This is a pre-1995 deactivation, cocks and dry fires and comes with a re-issue deactivation certificate.
