British M1928 Thompson SMG ( Pre-EU/UK Deactivation )

For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. This is a pre-1995 deactivated M1928 Thompson submachine gun with a full working action. This example has British woodwork which differs from the American woodwork by the position of the sling swivels and the front hand guard has a checkered finish. The British used Thompsons where primarily used by Commandos, the Long Range Desert group and the SAS. This example is an early manufactured example identified by the position of the weapon's markings. The patent dates are in a central position and the manufacturers name is at the rear of the upper receiver. Models designated the M1928A1 have the markings in the opposite positions.
