U.S. M1943 Wool Serge Trousers

M1943 wool serge trouser which was introduced on 17th April 1943. The difference between M1937 and M1943 wool serge trousers is the gas flap on the M1943 is made of the same material as the rest of the trousers. This example are in good condition retaining their contract label which gives the size 34 x 33 inches. However the leg has been turn up by 3.5 inches reducing the leg length to 30.5 inches. The contract label also gives the makers name "Goodall Company" and the actual date of manufacture 24th May 1943.
