M1 Carbine Sling & Oil Bottle

This is a Oliver Drab ( OD7) sling for the M1 carbine which comes with the oil bottle which was also used to attach the sling to the carbine. The sling and oil bottle was also used for the M3 Grease gun. This example is missing its end metal tab.
