U.S. M1943 Field Jacket

The M1943 field uniform was first evaluated by units of the 3rd Infantry Division on the Anzio beach head in the summer of 1943. It was first issued in quantity to airborne units in late 1944. Finally being issued to the rest of the army in January 1945. This is an excellent example which retains its size, instruction and contract labels. French Civil Defence M26 Adrian Helmet

This is a standard M26 Adrian helmet which has been issued for civil defence. The DP with the grenade insignia standard for "Defence Passive" ( Civil Defence ). The green diamond marking is a unit or divisional marking. The shell is in very good condition however the liner is missing and the chinstrap has torn in half.  read more
