This is the cap badge worn by the Bedfordshire Regiment, which was formed in 188. The regiment was reformed in 1919 to the Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire regiment in recognition for the men of Hertfordshire who served with the Bedfordshire regiment during the Great War. British Razor Blade Container & Contents

A small bakelite razor blade container which is maker marked "Imperial". The container has five period razor blades still in their original packets. Two of the razor blades are British made produced by Joy and Cheerio. The other three packets are produced by the U.S. firm Gillette and dated 1938.  read more
