This is a ALICE ( All-purpose lightweight individual carrying equipment ) webbing belt. Which was adopted by the U.S. army on 17 January 1973 and replaced the M-1956 and M-1967 webbing equipment. This example is actually dated 1977 and is a size medium. The buckle has been replaced with the M-1956 type.  read more

A pair of army officers stitched in type shoulder straps, which are piped white for infantry. The shoulder straps still retain the units cypher making these a very rare example "134 Grenadier Regiment ". The rank of the shoulder straps are that of a Oberleutnant ( 1st Lieutenant ).  read more
